SocietyFit is the ultimate high intensity style of conditioning. Together we will be challenged by a combination of every style of fitness you can imagine. Because of our wide variety, we will shape and tone our bodies, build our core and glutes and will always leave stronger, faster, and more agile whenever we exit those doors to our beautiful city.

SocietyFit is designed for all levels and there is no experience needed to participate in the classes!

New to weighlifting? Never have used a barbell before? Well, you're not alone. But have no fear, we do things much different than most gyms! 

During Fundamentals you will work one-on-one with a Society coach to go through all the movements that are performed in SocietyPerformance (below). Together, we will identify your strengths and weaknesses, discuss your goals and diet and strategize how to best reach your goals.   

After a few Fundamental Sessions you will be able to do all the movements we do in class safely, efficiently and as effectively as possible!

Your confidence will be sky-high and will be ready to crush your goals in the group classes.

SocietyPerformance is our Functional Fitness class which we expertly program to build strength and conditioning through workouts of the day, which we scale to every fitness level.

We believe that you should be prepared for any physical challenge that is presented to you in life and this is what we train for.

 

Through a combination of cardio, gymnastics and strength training you will quickly get in the best shape of your life!
